Conduct routine and specialized clinical testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.

Ensure accuracy by analyzing test results, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist with specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing as needed.

Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, offer training for new staff or students, and help uphold the high-quality standards of the lab.

Uphold a sterile and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hire. Maintain current certification throughout your employment with us.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless collaboration with healthcare professionals.
