This individual will join a highly visible SAP team supporting enterprise-wide initiatives focused on procurement, pricing, inventory management, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, configuring SAP solutions, supporting ongoing production activities, and driving key implementation projects. This role offers a strong blend of project work and production support, including SAP upgrades, plant implementations, EDI expansion projects, and future-state technology initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with business partners, leading requirements sessions, translating business needs into technical solutions, and supporting mission-critical SAP environments. • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 4-5+ years of SAP Business Analyst experience
• Strong SAP configuration experience, ideally within pricing and procurement processes
• SAP MM (Materials Management) expertise
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and business processes
• SAP Fiori experience
• EDI experience and troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience supporting SAP implementations and enhancements
• Ability to perform configuration/copy configuration work
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Plusses:
• SAP Ariba Guided Buying experience
• Trade Promotion Management software experience (MEI or similar)
• SAP JVA/Jewel experience
• IDoc and Workflow troubleshooting experience
• SAP output/forms experience (POs, material documents, EDI integrations)
• SAP ABAP knowledge or ability to read/debug custom code
• Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or plant environments
