Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete required facility orientation modules and assessments prior to and during contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license – permanent Ohio license or Compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• All required certifications must be active with nothing pending
• No open background case or license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single location
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition
• Experience completing pre-start facility modules and compliance requirements in a travel nursing setting
