The Revenue Cycle Specialist is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely application of payments and adjustments to patient accounts. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will have a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and be adept at handling financial transactions and date with precision.**Key Responsibilities*** Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts, including insurance payments, patient payments and contractual adjustments* Bill therapy visits timely and accurately* Ensure all transactions are recorded in the electronic health record and billing systems* Perform reconciliation of payment batches and account balances* Identify discrepancies between posted payments and expected amounts* Maintain accurate and organized records and financial summaries* Provide insights and updates on payment trends, discrepancies, and collections performance to the management team* Maintain accurate and organized records of payment postings and related documentation* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations* Identify opportunities for process improvements in the payment posting workflow**Benefits**Benefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
