Senior Apparel Merchandise Buyer - Miami, FL

Our client, a globally recognized lifestyle apparel company with a strong omnichannel presence, is seeking a Merchandise Buyer to oversee seasonal assortment planning and product strategy within a high-volume menswear business. This role will be responsible for managing a complex product portfolio across multiple categories while driving inventory performance, margin goals, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute seasonal assortment strategies across multiple product categories Manage a high-volume product portfolio, balancing core business and new product introductions Build and maintain buy plans that support financial objectives and inventory targets Analyze sales performance, product trends, and customer demand to inform purchasing decisions Partner closely with planning, design, sourcing, and merchandising teams throughout the product lifecycle Oversee product flow, inventory management, and assortment optimization across channels Maintain strong vendor relationships and support key business initiatives through effective product planning Participate in seasonal market reviews and cross-functional business planning discussions Qualifications 5+ years of experience in apparel buying , merchandising, or related product-focused functions Menswear experience required Proven ability to manage large and complex assortments in a high-volume retail or wholesale environment Strong understanding of inventory planning, product lifecycle management, and retail analytics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM and ERP systems preferred Strong retail math skills, including forecasting, inventory analysis, and open-to-buy concepts Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
