Residential Home Repair Specialist (Healthy Housing Rehabilitation Specialist II) $49.75-$59.44 Hourly assesses home repairs, manages contractors, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinates home modifications, accessibility upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements.

Top Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage projects to meet program objectives.
2. Coordinate with contractors for health and safety related repairs.
3. Conduct inspections to identify and address home hazards.

Minimum Qualifications + Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Four years of experience in residential/commercial rehabilitation or equivalent
• Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of residential home repairs
• Computer literate and comfortable with digital systems

Workplace Environment, Physical Requirements, Special Requirements

• Work may be indoors or outdoors, including private homes.
• Regular travel within Alameda County.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
