LCPC/LCSW-C Mental Health Therapist

We have immediate openings for LCSW‑C and LCPC therapists. Start part‑time with afternoon and evening hours or full‑time as needed. Flexibility in scheduling, flat hourly rate or commission‑based models, and monthly performance bonuses are available. Qualifications Required Qualifications Master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral science from an accredited institution. Licensed or eligible to obtain a mental health professional license in Maryland. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications Creative and innovative approach to mental health. Experience with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with couples and families. General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing documentation. Maintain a caseload of 15–25 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to meet mission goals. Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training. Compensation Salary range: $87,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year. Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims. Additional Information This position reports to the Clinical Director.
