Orthopedic Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

The Work This is a full-scope orthopedic APP role. That means you’re not shadowing — you’re doing. Running independent clinics— your patients, your assessments, your treatment plans Comprehensive MSK care across a wide range of injuries and conditions: fractures, dislocations, joint pathology, soft tissue repair, post‑op management, and more Procedures— aspirations and injections, closed reductions, compartment pressure measurements, digital blocks, regional anesthesia, minor outpatient surgery (tendon repair, wound closure, I&D, percutaneous pinning, hardware removal) OR assist— first assist, wound closure, internal device application, and procedures delegated by the supervising surgeon Hospital‑side coverage— rounds, orders, ED consults, and floor evaluations Diagnostic interpretation— labs, EMG, EKG, X‑ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, bone scan, arthrogram Casting, splinting, bracing— applied correctly, the first time The breadth here is real.
