Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a growing Psychiatry practice in the Chicago area. This is a full time, 100% remote position.

Job Qualifications/Duties

• Licensed in one of the following: Illinois, New Jersey or Wisconsin as an PMHNP or PA-C.
• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Conduct consultations for Medication Management as well as routine follow up visits
• Perform patient evaluations and assessments as necessary
• Develop treatment plans to support therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
