Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruiting coordinator provides administrative support to the recruiting team throughout the hiring process. This entry-level position coordinates Zoom interviews, sends emails, maintains candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), communicates with hiring managers and candidates, and helps ensure an organized and efficient hiring process. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, and learning ATS software. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and multitask. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule and coordinate Zoom interviews. Send interview invitations, confirmations, and follow-up emails. Maintain candidate records in the ATS. Communicate with hiring managers regarding interviews and hiring updates. Assist with posting jobs and tracking applicants. Update recruiting dashboards and Monday.com. Support recruiters with administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned.
