About the Position

Anesthesiologist

Location: Pennsylvania
Schedule: 8 hour day shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM), Monday through Friday. No call. No weekends.

Position Overview
Provide anesthesiology coverage in a medical direction model supporting endoscopy growth coverage. This is an ongoing need with a targeted start date of August 2026 and an estimated assignment duration of approximately 44 weeks, as outlined in the order details.

Clinical Scope

• Medical direction model with supervision ratio up to 1 to 4
• Endoscopy focused coverage with additional case types including general and orthopedic as outlined in the order details
• Charting system: iPro
• Responsibilities include pre anesthesia assessment, discussing anesthetic options and risks, induction, maintenance, emergence, and physiologic monitoring with clinical interventions as needed

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certified in Anesthesiology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license
• Ability to work in a medical direction model

Credentialing

• Estimated privileging timeframe is approximately 90 days
• Accelerated privileges may be available for urgent coverage needs as outlined in the order details

Incentives and Selling Points

• Completion bonus: $15,000 after 13 weeks and 520 hours worked, as outlined in the order details
