Event Operations Lead — AV & Staff Excellence
Encore
Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a strong focus on customer service and staff development. You will oversee the technical team to drive operational efficiencies and ensure guest satisfaction during events. You will coordinate equipment setup, on-site execution, and safety with Encore standards. This role requires AV experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
