Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history 1+ Years of Outpatient Ortho experience 1+ Years of experience with Manual Therapy Techniques BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
