Family Physician Assistant (PA) - Part-Time Primary Care | Palm Beach Gardens, FL Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Family Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider who enjoys delivering comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages while practicing in a collaborative, physician-led, value-based care environment. Position Highlights Part-time outpatient primary care opportunity Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM-6:00 PM) No weekends No on-call responsibilities Collaborative physician-led care team Value-based care model focused on prevention and quality outcomes Strong clinical and administrative support Modern technology and integrated clinical resources Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Provider Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages Conduct patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications in accordance with Florida law and organizational protocols Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Participate in quality improvement initiatives that support value-based care and positive patient outcomes Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Current Florida Physician Assistant license, or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Primary care or outpatient experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and patient relationship-building skills Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Performance-based incentive opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance (based on eligibility) Paid Time Off (based on eligibility) 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization Why Join Sanitas Medical Center?
