Responsibilities Respond promptly to Zillow Preferred Leads , ensuring you connect with potential clients in real-time. Build your pipeline by staying consistent with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up. Provide 5-star service and support for all of the clients. Work with both buyers and sellers from the beginning of their real estate journey to closing and beyond. Property tours and selection. Writing and submitting offers . Negotiating contracts and repairs. Managing deals from contract to close. Qualifications To be considered for this Real Estate Sales Agent position in San Antonio, TX, it is essential to hold a valid Texas Real Estate License and have closed a minimum of 6 deals in the past year.
