Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $21.00+ (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

Job Source USA is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for candidates, visitors, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the hiring and onboarding process.
Requirements:- Welcome candidates, visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages.
- Assist candidates with applications, onboarding documents, and employment paperwork.
- Process Form I-9s and E-Verify accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized and confidential employee and candidate records.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with the recruiting team.
- Support new hire orientations and ensure paperwork is completed correctly.
- Keep the reception area organized and professional.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and office staff.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in both English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience processing Form I-9s and E-Verify .
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or Paylocity.
- Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, onboarding, or front desk experience.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee or candidate records.
