About the Position As an Associate Therapist, you will: Provide evidence-based therapy to children, caregivers, and families, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Work in fully furnished, purpose-built PCIT treatment rooms equipped to support high-quality clinical care Receive ongoing mentorship and opportunities for advanced training from experienced supervisors Have the opportunity to pursue PCIT certification under the supervision of a dully Certified PCIT Therapist, Within Agency Trainer, and Regional Trainer-in-Training Collaborate with a highly supportive multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence This is an in-person, clinic-based position located in Ventura, California. • 50/hour for direct clinical services
• 22/hour for administrative responsibilities
