Manager of Data Analysis for Lab Production Support, Extended-Hours Support (ExHS)

Natera seeks a Manager of Data Analysis to lead an Extended-Hours Support team providing data analytics services for lab production operations. This role involves team leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder communication across weekend, early-morning, or late-evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor assigned Extended-Hours Support shift team members
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of production data analysis escalations
- Establish reporting mechanisms and manage stakeholder expectations
- Define team objectives, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for lab operations teams
Requirements
- Team leadership and people management experience
- Data analysis or analytics background in production or operations
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with production escalation or ticket-based support systems
- Ability to work extended-hours shift schedules (weekend, early-morning, or late-evening)
