Caregiver / Direct Support Person (DSP) - DECATUR, IL

We are hiring! Starting at $18.75/hour. Part-Time, 1st shift on weekends. Part-Time, 2nd shift on weekends. Full-Time and Part-Time, 2nd shift combination weekday and weekend work schedule.

Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in Decatur, IL . Training is provided and paid! Requirements: High school completion or equivalency- high school diploma, signed high school transcript including graduation date or G.E.D. required Valid, unexpired Driver's License required Successfully complete and pass background check required Weekend/holiday availability may be required Responsibilities: Companionship and caregiving Housekeeping and meal preparation Assistance with medication Assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting and grooming Ability to stay alert and responsive at all times Make a difference today.
