Project Coordinator - Data Centers/Mission Critical

STV is seeking a Project Coordinator - Data Centers, Mission Critical to join the Construction Management team in New Albany, OH.Responsibilities will include:Provide primary Project Coordination, Executive and Administrative support to the Office Manager and other Business LeadersPerform complex calendar management – both internal and external coordination & scheduling with all levels of the companyPrepare all aspects of travel support, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals and expense report reimbursementPrepare, review, and manage correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and various staff communicationsIndependently researches, collects, and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and external individualsPrepares presentation materials for meetingsProject Management responsibilities – responsible for ad-hoc projects and special projects as needed.Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations.Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.Assist with maintaining individual state licensure renewal or initial licensure for selected managersWork collaboratively with other administrative team membersRequirements:Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experienceMust be proficient in all MS OFFICE 365 Products and Applications: including Word, Power Point, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook and others.
