What You'll Do: Perform precise inspections of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and fabricated materials against customer specifications using IPC standards. Identify, document, and repair PCB defects following IPC rework standards to ensure optimal quality. Complete detailed inspection forms and maintain accurate records. Collaborate effectively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues. Adhere to all quality management system procedures, policies, and standards to uphold compliance and continuous improvement. Required Skills: Strong understanding of IPC standards, specifically IPC-A-610D. Ability to operate and interpret measurements from test and measurement devices. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience with PCB inspection or in electronic assembly environments. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and related procedures. Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in PCB inspection or related fields is a plus but not mandatory. Other Requirements: Ability to work with colleagues to resolve problems efficiently. Must understand and follow IPC standards and inspection protocols.
