Order Management Coordinator

IDR is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Suwanee GA. Position Overview Analyze technical manuals and wiring schematics to accurately answer customer’s request regarding parts and equipment model numbers, compatibility and other semi technical questions Accurately answer customer’s questions regarding product availability, pricing, order status, freight charges, pro numbers and other product questions. Have the ability to multi‑task in a high volume high pressure atmosphere in a professional manner. Make decisions on whether or not an item may be returned or not, and issuing an RGA when warranted. Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with customers on the phone. Investigate and resolve shipment errors, damaged freight and billing errors that may occur and issuing credits when needed. Monitor and expedite all open orders to insure customer’s delivery requirements are met by working closely with the warehouse and logistics departments to insure orders are expedited and routed correctly. Correspond to all phone and email requests and questions in a professional manner insuring quality customer care and service. Responsible for attending training classes to insure questions regarding products and programs can be answered quickly and accurately. Required Skills Bachelors degree, professional certification preferred. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Proven planning, problem‑solving, and business logic abilities.
