Your Everyday Impact

In this role, you won't merely treat conditions-you'll help individuals reclaim their routines, rebuild confidence, and rediscover joy in everyday activities. From assisting stroke survivors in motor skill recovery to helping orthopedic patients regain their mobility post-surgery, your expertise will guide each person toward person-centered care that nurtures resilience and autonomy.

This is not a place for shortcuts or impersonal checklists. Each patient is unique, with their own story, and every therapy session is a crucial segment of their rehabilitation narrative. You'll engage closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to craft rehabilitation plans that capture the individuality of those you serve.

You will find a workplace where your opinions matter, your professional development is prioritized, and your contribution is evident every day.

And then there's the captivating backdrop of San Bernardino , a city rich in diversity and culture. Your Ideal Match

We seek an individual who views occupational therapy as not just a career, but a vocation-someone whose heart swells with joy when witnessing a patient regain capabilities, walk with less support, or articulate emotions that were once locked away.
