OT - Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Day (08:00 - 17:00)

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focused on geriatric and adult patients, providing essential rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families about therapy processes and goals

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in inpatient rehab or acute rehab settings
• Knowledge of common diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac conditions
