Location: Tampa, FL 33634
Schedule: Full-Time, M-F 9am-5pm
Pay: $22-$28/HR- based on experience

We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist who excels on the phone, thrives in a client-focused environment, and has a strong ability to build rapport with prospective clients. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal services and requires a combination of exceptional customer service, consultative sales skills, and diligent follow-up.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, and skilled at guiding potential clients through the intake process. Immigration law experience is highly preferred.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients via phone, text, email, and online inquiries.
• Conduct detailed client intake interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Build trust and establish rapport with potential clients through professional, empathetic communication.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify client needs, explain the firm's services, and encourage scheduling of attorney consultations.
• Follow up consistently with leads, referrals, and prospective clients to maximize client conversion rates.
• Answer questions regarding the intake process and legal services while maintaining compliance with firm guidelines.
• Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars.
• Accurately enter and maintain client information in the case management system.
• Obtain supporting documentation and information needed for case evaluation.
• Track intake metrics and maintain organized records of all client communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal intake, customer service, call center, admissions, recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to engage, qualify, and convert prospective clients.
• Proven follow-up skills and persistence in managing lead pipelines.
• Consultative sales experience with a focus on relationship-building and closing opportunities preferred.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/case management software.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous immigration law experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a law firm, particularly in Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, or Civil Litigation.
• Familiarity with legal case management software.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
