Neulife Rehabilitation of Florida is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, staff, and clients. The ideal candidate will provide routine clerical and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while delivering excellent customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, staff, or clients entering the facility.
• Follow procedures to check in visitors and issue temporary identification badges.
• Answer and direct phone calls, provide information, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Operate computers for various administrative tasks, including database management and word processing.
• Use office equipment such as copiers, scanners, printers, fax machines, and arrange for repairs when needed.
• Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, including attendance records, correspondence, and other documents.
• Greet visitors and callers, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage and confirm staff shift schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
• Perform security checks and adhere to facility protocols regarding visitation and property searches.
• Catalog and inventory supplies and deliveries as necessary.
