IT Staffing Selling Manager
Our client, a woman-owned IT consulting firm in business for over 25 years, is looking to hire an experienced IT staffing selling manager in NJ or Eastern PA.

Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years IT staffing sales experience.
- Proven track record acquiring new clients/logos and/or developing new business within existing accounts.
- Highly earnings motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to help build, coach & mentor a sales team.
Preferred Background & Skills:
- IT staffing agency experience
- Experience in the NJ/Eastern PA region.
- Focus on relationship-based, direct contact with managers, non-MSP business.
