This role works closely with Workplace Services and Facilities leadership to support maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and office services that enhance the employee and client experience. This position is classified as **non-exempt** and typically reports to the Hospitality Coordinator, Workplace Services Manager, or Client Relations leadership. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Coordinate routine facility maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations to ensure workplace environments remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.* Support vendor and contractor coordination for facility services, including scheduling, procurement support, and issue resolution.* Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and escalate issues as appropriate.* Ensure compliance with safety standards, workplace regulations, and facility policies.* Assist with conference room setup and breakdown for meetings, events, and client engagements.* Clean and reset meeting rooms and shared spaces, including sanitizing surfaces and restoring room readiness.* Stock and maintain pantry, kitchen, and breakroom supplies, including food, beverages, and consumables.* Support general hospitality functions, including dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and maintaining shared amenities.* Assist with office moves, workspace reconfigurations, furniture assembly, and general facility projects.* Coordinate special deliveries, packing, organizing, and workspace restacks as needed.* Support vendor performance monitoring and escalate service issues when necessary.* Promote sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency practices.* Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and service delivery capabilities.* Perform general office maintenance tasks.* Complete minor plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.* Complete minor electrical repairs and maintenance.* Assemble, install, and repair office furniture.* Identify and address maintenance issues throughout the office.* Ensure the office environment remains safe, functional, and well maintained.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:*** Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high facility and service standards.* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.* Strong customer service mindset with a focus on supporting internal and external stakeholders.* Basic knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and workplace services.* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic workplace technology systems.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.* Professional demeanor with a positive and service-oriented attitude.* Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in client-facing environments.**QUALIFICATIONS:****Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.**Experience:** 1+ year of experience in facilities support, workplace services, hospitality, maintenance, or a related field preferred.**Technical Skills:** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with workplace service tools, facility request systems, or maintenance tracking platforms is preferred. The Compensation range for this role is 26.00 to 29.00 USD per hour.
