Daily Physician Coverage: 58 hours
Daily APC Coverage: 70 hours
Hospital Beds: 231
ED Beds: 40
Fast Track: Yes
Trauma Level: II
Primary Stroke Center
Largest Burn Center in the US
Hospital Medicine Program: Yes
Acuity Level: Medium
EMR: Meditech

Leadership Duties

Leadership experience strongly preferred
ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible preferred
Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department

Requirements

Board Requirements: Board certified or eligible
Board Specialties Required: EM
Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
