What You Will Do Provide cloud operations services and support for primarily Microsoft Azure and potentially some Amazon AWS environments. Provide system administration services for Linux and Windows Server virtual machines. Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests. Investigate and permanently resolve problems. Contribute to proactive problem management. Design, document, test, implement changes. Contribute to compliance and vulnerability management through patching, endpoint protection, and maintenance of key software installed on VMs. Contribute to enhancement of monitoring and automation. This role requires participation in a 24/7 on call rotation roster - day to be confirmed. The role is a second shift opportunity to allow for added coverage required by the PST program. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience Experience working in a multi-cloud environment including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services including their associated networking, architecture, and infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Experience with Datadog, Azure Monitor, AWS Cloudwatch, ServiceNow, Statseeker, Netscout, and/or other monitoring tools. Experience managing production infrastructure and applications utilizing ITIL v3 (2011) or v4 best practices. Technical communication including the ability to author professional user facing documentation targeted at various user audiences. Qualifications We Prefer Microsoft Azure/AWS certifications. Experience with SQL Server, Log Analytics, and Qlik. Role Type: Remote This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
