Bristol is a rapidly growing Management Support Services company with concentration in the healthcare markets and is currently seeking a dynamic Executive Director that has the skill set and experience to perform the following:RoleThe Executive Director oversees daily facility operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes process and improvements for team members to improve resident care.Essential DutiesOversees Health Technicians, Culinary, and Environmental DepartmentsResponsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility.Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities Activity involved in community groups and developing/maintaining relationships with healthcare leadership.Monitors industry regulations, laws, compliance updates and makes changes appropriately.Understands staffing level requirements and adheres to industry and company standards.Actively involved in resolving HR issues and Risk Management situations within the facility.Ensure that all facility personnel, residents, visitors, etc., follow established safety regulations, to include fire protection/prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc.Develop relationships with your support team (HR/Dietary/Clinical/Finance) to assist in meeting/exceeding goals.Responsible for contract negotiations with vendors.Supports Leadership efforts by understanding QA measures and holding team members accountable.Develops and executes creative ideas to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover.Understand and reviews Quality Measures on a regular basis.Conduct daily meetings with appropriate staff during facility inspections to discuss survey findings and formulation of plans of action/correction.Assist in developing plans of correction for cited deficiencies.
