Graduate Student Finance Intern

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated graduate business school student for a Summer Internship to support priority initiatives across the business. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world business challenges and the opportunity to contribute to strategic, analytical, and operational projects that have tangible impact. The intern will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and gain experience in data analysis, business problem-solving, executive communication, and project delivery within a dynamic, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support strategic and operational projects aligned with business priorities. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis (e.g., financial models, market research, benchmarking, dashboards). Prepare clear, concise materials for leadership, including presentations, summaries, and recommendations. Assist with process improvement, documentation, and business case development. Collaborate with team members across functions (e.g., Finance, Strategy, Operations, Sustainability, Commercial). What You Bring Education: Currently enrolled in a graduate business program (MBA, MS in Management, Finance, Analytics, or related field). Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel, PowerPoint required; SQL, Python, Tableau a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn. 3.0 Minimum GPA. Masters Students Be willing to make a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week for 9 weeks from June 15 to August 14, 2026. Location This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office. Compensation The hourly range for this position is $25 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
