In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of clinical dietitians and nutrition staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to a diverse patient population. You will be responsible for clinical operations, staff supervision and development, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration — all in support of our mission to provide exceptional, compassionate care and hospitality to the communities of Lewiston and the greater Androscoggin County region.Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Clinical Nutrition Manager/ Director who shares our passion for Clinical Nutrition, unprecedented Patient Experience. Must be Registered Dietitian with AMAZING leadership skills.This is a prominent opportunity in our Healthcare Division and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Registered Clinical Dietitian who has a strong leadership background and experienced in the managerial oversite of the Clinical Nutrition Program. Experience managing a team in a large and fast-paced hospital setting required.Our System Leader will have amazing communication skills, with a sincere and apparent Patient Experience mindset and have the ability to lead a team of Registered Dietitians ensuring the Metz Culinary Management Vision and Values are present in all interactions.
