Enrollment Appointment Coordinator | Remote Full-Time | No License Needed to Start

Every conversation you schedule gives someone a clear next step toward speaking with a licensed insurance agent who can answer their questions. At Affordable Insurance Solutions, Enrollment Appointment Coordinators make that connection happen.

You will reach out to prospective clients, confirm their interest, and arrange appointments with licensed agents on the AIS team. You handle scheduling questions, appointment confirmations, follow-up calls, and accurate record-keeping. You do not advise on insurance coverage, recommend products, or handle sales. Those responsibilities belong to licensed agents, and you connect people to them.

With open enrollment preparation underway, organized scheduling and reliable follow-up matter more than ever. Your work keeps the calendar full and ensures prospects are not waiting without a clear appointment.

What you will do each day:

• Contact prospective clients by phone and confirm appointment details.
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet scheduled or who need to reschedule.
• Maintain accurate records of every client interaction and scheduled appointment.
• Coordinate directly with licensed agents so each prospect reaches the right person at the right time.

No insurance license is required to start. AIS provides training and ongoing support for appointment setting, and you can pursue licensing to move into agent responsibilities over time. This is an independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career.

This is a remote, full-time independent contractor position. Earning potential is $85,000 to $115,000 annually, based on commission. Compensation is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance.
