We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate AP/ Bookkeeper  in Dallas, TX to support both corporate accounting functions and personal financial management responsibilities. This unique role combines corporate accounts payable duties focused on overhead and business expenses with personal accounting and bookkeeping support for company ownership. Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable activities, reconciling accounts, and assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting, with a strong understanding of debits, credits, bank reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping

• Experience reconciling credit card accounts and managing accounting activities across multiple entities, with the ability to review brokerage statements and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information

• Proficiency with Sage or a similar ERP system, along with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills to effectively manage corporate and personal accounting responsibilities

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
