Whether you're training, running, cycling, or tackling your daily grind - if you move, we've built eyewear that moves with you.ROKA is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to be a key contributor to the ROKA monthly S&OP process and logistics operations. This dual-focused role will oversee supply planning while managing end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics. You will balance supply, inventory, and demand to meet business goals for cost and service, while driving efficiency in transportation and warehouse operations. This role requires strong collaboration with Manufacturing, Product Development, Finance, and external logistics partners.Responsibilities:Own the Supply Planning process: analyze, understand, and implement corrective actions to improve planning accuracyPartner with the manufacturing team to create work orders for finished goodsManage purchase order placement, supplier confirmations, and inbound shipment tracking to ensure on-time deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and warehouse personnelTrack and trace shipments, coordinating with logistics partners on any inventory or transit issuesOptimize freight modes, consolidation, and routing to balance cost, lead time, and reliabilityPublish weekly reports detailing inventory levels, WOs, and inbound/outbound shipmentsMust Haves:4+ years of experience in supply chain planning and logisticsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant fieldExpert-level Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Thrives in ambiguous environments with an excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionallyStrong attention to detail, organization, and a continuous improvement mindsetProven track record of managing both planning workflows and logistical operationsWork Location:ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. The Company is on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site as often as needed per the Department's business needs.
