Sapiens is seeking a delivery-focused Manager, Pricing Operations to run the day-to-day pricing engine across the business, as a central pillar of our go-to-market growth agenda.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Pricing, this role owns the operational running of Sapiens’ pricing function. You will run the pricing governance workflow, maintain the enterprise price book as the single source of truth, and keep the deal-pricing machinery moving so that Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance get fast, accurate, consistent answers. You will lead a small operations team, line-managing the Pricing Operations Analysts, and you will work in close partnership with the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, who sets the pricing strategy, standards, and governance framework your team operates within.

This is an execution and delivery leadership role. The pricing strategy and the governance standards are set by the Strategy function; your job is to run them reliably at scale, drive throughput and data quality, and turn agreed standards into working process, tooling, and reporting. Where Strategy defines what good looks like, you make it happen consistently, day in and day out.

The role works cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, and divisional commercial leaders across Property & Casualty, Life & Pension, Reinsurance, and the AI platform business.

Sapiens is undergoing a significant commercial transformation, moving from a license-and-services model to a subscription-led, SaaS-first business with AI-enabled platform offerings. This role keeps the pricing operation running through that transition, and leads the adoption of AI-enabled tooling and automation to raise the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of the function as it scales.

Key Workstreams

The successful candidate will:

• Run the pricing governance workflow end to end, covering intake, SLAs, approvals, and exception tracking, against the standards set by Pricing Strategy.
• Maintain the enterprise price book as the single source of truth across licence, SaaS, services, and consumption-based models.
• Operate and maintain the deal-pricing toolset, including calculators, scenario tools, and CPQ and Salesforce configuration used by Sales and Deal Desk.
• Deliver pricing performance reporting across discounting, win and loss, indexation, and renewal yield on a regular cadence to commercial leadership.
• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled tooling and automation to improve the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of pricing operations.
• Safeguard pricing data quality and process compliance, ensuring the sales organization follows the agreed workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small operations team, line-managing the Pricing Operations Analysts, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, and building capability as the function scales.
• Own the service levels of the pricing function, ensuring deal pricing, approvals, and exceptions are turned around accurately and to agreed timelines.
• Implement and enforce the pricing governance process within deal workflows, partnering with RevOps and Deal Desk.
• Maintain the integrity of the single source of truth for pricing, and ensure outputs reach Sales as usable enablement materials.
• Translate the standards and frameworks set by Pricing Strategy into working process, tooling, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, automation, and data quality across the pricing operation.

Experience & Skills Required

This role calls for an operator who combines hands-on pricing process delivery with the

discipline to run and develop a team.

• Six to ten years in pricing operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or commercial operations within enterprise B2B software, including time in SaaS or subscription environments.
• A track record of running pricing or deal operations at scale, with ownership of process, SLAs, and data quality.
• Experience leading or developing others, whether as a line manager or a player-coach guiding analysts.
• Hands-on experience operating deal-pricing tooling, including CPQ and Salesforce, and maintaining a price book or equivalent single source of truth.
• Demonstrated success implementing and enforcing governance processes that the sales organization adopts and follows.
• Strong process and systems fluency, with the appetite to adopt AI-enabled tooling and automation to improve efficiency. Confident in Excel and Salesforce, with SQL an advantage.
