We invite you to join the team where you can build, innovate, and secure your career.Sentar is seeking a Systems Engineer in San Diego, CA supporting Airborne Networking and Advanced Development Technical Support.**This position is pre award and is contingent on contract award.**Qualifications:Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCIEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience is defined as additional directly relevant technical experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the role.Experience:Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering supporting DOW or complex airborne platform-based systemsExperience supporting airborne, communications, or mission-critical systemsExperience in system design, integration, testing, or fieldingExperience with requirements development, verification, and validationExperience supporting installation, certification, or operational test activitiesExperience working within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or cross-functional engineering environmentDesired:Extensive experience (e.g., 10 years) supporting complex DOW technical programsExperience supporting airborne or SATCOM-based communication systemsExperience with secure communications systems or classified environmentsExperience supporting test events such as SOVTs or similar operational verification effortsExperience supporting readiness certifications or technical review boardsExperience in technical leadership or project management rolesExperience coordinating across multi-service or joint stakeholdersBenefits at Sentar:Our unique ownership model attracts top talent, giving employees the freedom to take initiative and drive meaningful improvements.
