We Are Hiring Location: Round Rock, TX Facility: Seton Medical Center Williamson Department/Specialty: Med Surg Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift What You Will Do Team Direction: Assign, educate, and monitor nursing staff to drive peak shift performance and care delivery. Strategic Planning: Exercise independent judgment to optimize shift work‑flows, services, and clinical staffing. Resource Optimization: Secure and manage essential materials, supplies, and resources to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Operational Accountability: Design acuity‑based assignments, maintain unit productivity standards, and manage operational variances. Talent Management: Partner in building unit culture through staff training, performance coaching, and hiring input. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
