C.R. Jackson is hiring an experienced Asphalt Screed Operator to join our paving crew. This position is essential to achieving smooth, high-quality riding surfaces and meeting our high standards for craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and understands that quality paving is a team effort. What You’ll Do Operate and control the screed on the asphalt paver Set and maintain proper depth, width, and slope Monitor mat quality and make adjustments as needed Communicate constantly with the Paver Operator and crew Maintain equipment and perform daily safety checks Uphold C.R.
