Location: Waco, Texas

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: On-site or Telepsychiatry

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to assess, diagnose, and treat psychiatric disorders in individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include medication management, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions.
Develop treatment plans and manage psychiatric medications.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Complete required training and follow clinical and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
Current, unrestricted DEA registration.
Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Proficiency in computers and EHR systems.
Strong assessment, communication, and treatment-planning skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
On-site or remote telepsychiatry services.
Remote providers must report on-site on their first day.
