This role provides students with hands-on experience in office administration, communications, and organizational practices while contributing to projects that directly support teachers, campus and district leaders, curriculum initiatives, and adult learning across the district.

Reports To: Director for Professional Learning

Responsibilities: Assist with clerical tasks including filing, copying, organizing records, and preparing materials Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, professional development sessions, and department events Help prepare and distribute communications such as email, notices, and informational flyers Assist with maintaining department records, digital files, and shared resources Greet and direct visitors to the office; provide general support for staff and community partners Organize supplies and instructional materials as needed Support special projects related to recruitment and retention of employees Participates in data entry, tracking, and simple reporting to assist staff with ongoing projects Assist with post-meeting/event organization and follow up tasks

Salary: $12.00/Hour
