Join Our Team as a Client Solutions Specialist
Are you ready to make a difference in a dynamic and rewarding environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the beautiful city of Salt Lake City, UT. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and support for our valued clients.
Position SummaryIn this role, you will be a key member of our ICU Medical Service Department, responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to medical devices. You will correspond with both internal and external customers, ensuring their service inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize software applications will be essential to your success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Receive and make calls as part of a call center group.
- Process return service authorizations and handle warranty and non-warranty repairs.
- Contribute to data management within Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Manage confidential information and initiate repair orders.
- Provide repair status and other information to customers.
- Verify customer information in appropriate systems.
- Contact customers for estimates and authorization requirements.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics for customer satisfaction.
- Develop solutions to frequently occurring problems using a knowledge base.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Call Center environment with a focus on medical devices or healthcare.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., Oracle EBS).
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Complaint Management Systems.
- Knowledge of biomedical or electro-mechanical devices (1 year preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, TEAMS, SharePoint, etc.
- This is largely a sedentary role in a professional office environment.
- Standard office equipment usage is routine.
- Travel is typically less than 5% of the time.
