Responsibilities

Connect with qualified leads and identify their insurance needs.

Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.

Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.

Identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities.

Maintain accurate client and prospect records.

Clearly communicate the value of our products and services.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Sales or client-facing experience is a plus; insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Valid California Property Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one before starting.

Strong communication and people skills.

Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.

Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
