Job Title: Bilingual Insurance Specialist (Property & Casualty)
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Insurance Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana. This role supports our Property & Casualty operations and is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of insurance who is eager to grow within the industry. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Property & Casualty insurance inquiries (auto, home, general liability, etc.)
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support via phone, email, and in person
• Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements
• Prepare and issue Proof of Insurance (COI/EOI) accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve client issues
• Support quoting and basic coverage explanations

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Basic knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance (preferred)
• Experience preparing Proof of Insurance (COI/EOI) is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• California P&C license is a plus, but not required

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

 

Work Environment

• Office-based position with standard business hours
• May require occasional overtime based on case demands
