Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Are you passionate about helping people and building relationships? Do you hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or are you willing to obtain one with our support? We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Client Service Representative to provide outstanding client service, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to our agency's growth. Vietnamese Fluent is a must have to serve our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized, attentive service to existing clients and prospects
• Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
• Identify sales opportunities and pivot from service to sales conversations seamlessly
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales and retention goals
• Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed

Who You Are:

• Vietnamese Fluent
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (we cover exam costs and provide continuing education support)
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfortable transitioning from client service to sales discussions
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $22 - $28 per hour (based on experience)
