Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Benefits Base Salary plus commission/bonus. Group health plan with $300 monthly allowance. Requirements Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Must be available to work the following schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F. Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Additional Information This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
