This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $23/hour with total earning potential of up to $35/hour. Annually, commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.

Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.

Identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Bring a positive, competitive attitude—and have fun while winning as a team!

Requirements

Sales or client-facing experience is a plus; insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Valid California Property Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one. Licensing assistance available..

Strong communication and people skills.

Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.

Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
