Data Analytics Engineer

The Data Analytics Engineer will work closely with Agent Assist customers to understand the business objectives, define and implement ways to capture the relevant measurements as it relates to these objectives. The engineer will work on ETL process, statistical analysis, developing dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Tasks: Build reusable ETL pipelines to support Agent Assist engagements for customers' analytics and reporting needs Build reusable tools/libraries to close the gap between customer needs and product readiness Build statistical analysis playbook and best practices Build visualizations/dashboards template to support Agent Assist engagements Ad-hoc data analysis and ingestion as needed Troubleshoot the metrics differences between Google and Customers' measurements Minimum Qualifications You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job: BS degree in an analytical/technical subject area (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience Proficiency in SQL for data processing on large distributed datasets 3 years of experience with statistical and Client packages in Python 3 years of experience with statistical process control methods and outlier detection 3 years of experience in building data pipelines and data models 3 years of experience with data visualization tools Preferred Qualifications Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable: Familiarity with CCAI Insights, BigQuery, Data Studio or Looker Capable of translating analysis results into business recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
