Warehouse Associate

Duties and Responsibilities Daily loading and unloading of products. Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise. Verify all items received to match the items ordered for accuracy. Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed. Maintain a daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance. Appropriate use and maintenance of the OF device. Assist with physical inventory and inventory control. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and/or requisitions to determine items to be removed, gathered, distributed, or shipped. Provide excellent customer service to external customers. Ensure the grounds and warehouse are kept neat, orderly, and safe for employees and customer traffic. Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A willingness to learn and grow with our company. Pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of warehouse experience including forklift operation. Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
